Venue and Accomodation

The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center will be hosting the 2019 IAMG Conference. All conference sessions, presentations, poster sessions, and meetings will be held at the Penn Stater. Along with being the location of conference proceedings, the Penn Stater also offers accommodations for conference attendees. The Penn Stater is located minutes away from Penn State University Park. While the conference will not be on campus, attendees are welcome to explore the University Park Campus at their leisure. The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center features 300 guest rooms and suites complete with all the amenities such as: complimentary Wi-Fi, coffeemakers, flat-screen HDTVs, and king, queen, or double beds. On-site hotel amenities include a lap pool, 24-hour fitness center, two restaurants, complimentary parking, and ample special event space.

For attendees of the Conference, we have secured a limited number of rooms at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. Participants should book the room themselves with the use of Group Code “AMGS19B” by calling toll-free 800-233-7505. Please secure your room in advance, all provided hotel offers are time limited and must be booked by July 10, 2019. Standard guestrooms are $139.00 plus taxes and fees. Deluxe guestrooms and suite rates are priced higher based on availability.
